My log in has been rejected
In the first instance, please double check that your username and password are typed exactly as you have received them.
The site uses 'cookies' to allow you to log in to the site. A cookie is a harmless piece of text that stores information on your own computer, often to allow you to remain logged in on a website. For instance, the BBC uses cookies to allow you to personalise the BBC home page.
- Some anti-virus software can block the cookies required by the site. Look for your anti-virus software settings, and allow access for the site artweeks-gallery.org.
- If it's at all possible, try logging in at another computer, just so we can be sure it's your combination of browser and computer that is at the root of the problem.

In Internet Explorer v7, go to the following menus:
Tools | Internet Options | Privacy
And check what settings you have there. Medium should be fine, but to be sure, you could click on Sites and add www.artweeks-gallery.org to the Allow list, then try to log in again.
If you still can't log in, please contact us at webmaster@artweeks-gallery.org us with the following details:
- Which Operating System are you using? ie Windows XP Pro, Windows Vista, Windows 98 or Mac OS X, Mac OS 9 etc
- Which web browser are you using? ie Internet Explorer version 6, version 7, Firefox version 3. If you're not sure, go to the Help menu, then About Internet Explorer. If you're on a Mac, there may be a 'Safari' menu item - choose this and About Safari to find the version number.
